ILS Growth Fund is designed to produce a superior rate of return by investing in real estate notes issued for fix and flip and commercial real estate development projects.  These notes introduce a slightly higher level of risk with the corresponding potential for higher returns since these projects all have a construction component and no current income. ILS Equity Fund invests capital from Accredited Investors in individual Stabilized Commercial Real Estate properties.  These private equity investing opportunities are made available to investors interested in growth or aggressive growth investment returns over a

3-5 year period.
