ILS Growth Fund is designed to produce a superior rate of return by investing in real estate notes issued for fix and flip and commercial real estate development projects.  These notes introduce a slightly higher level of risk with the corresponding potential for higher returns since these projects all have a construction component and no current income. This fund is available to accredited investors only.

ILS Income Fund invests accredited investor capital in notes on stabilized, rent-producing single family and commercial properties.  Generally considered more conservative real estate, these properties do not have a construction component and have the added security of a current income stream.

ILS Equity Fund invests capital from Accredited Investors in individual Stabilized Commercial Real Estate properties.  These private equity investing opportunities are made available to investors interested in growth or aggressive growth investment returns over a

3-5 year period.

The ILS Note Sales program allows accredited investors to take a 90% ownership position in an up-and-running real estate note without taking on any risk of default or obligation to service the note themselves.  For individual investors, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, and IRAs seeking low risk passive income, this investment strategy can deliver a healthy return on investment over a given period of time.  Investors seeking a passive investment solution with relatively low risk and a higher return will enjoy the simplicity of the ILS Note Sales program.
